Because Illuminate is an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans, we offer many payment options, and are more than happy to discuss your needs with you individually.
We do not directly bill insurance companies, therefore, fees are payable at the time of service. We do provide you with an itemized statement ready to submit to your insurance company so that you will receive payment as soon as possible. The insurance company sends direct reimbursement to you according the amount allowed by your individual plan.
